Delete Your Hunter System Account
Hunter System users can request deletion of their account and associated cloud data using the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Email support@gethuntersystem.com from the Google email address used to sign in to Hunter System.
- Use the subject: Hunter System account deletion request.
- State whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific data removed.
- We may reply to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Data deleted
After verification, deletion may include the Firebase account association and cloud-synchronised Hunter System data such as profile and goals, body metrics, workout progress, meal and hydration logs, sleep information, care routines, health-report summaries, missed-workout records, feedback, and other user-entered app data.
Data that may be retained
Limited subscription transaction records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, and information required for legal or accounting obligations may be retained for the period required by law or the relevant service provider. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase records under their own policies.
Processing time
Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days. The user may be contacted if additional verification is required.
Deleting the Hunter System account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play before requesting deletion.
