Hunter System Privacy Policy

Hunter System ("we", "our", or "the app") is a fitness, nutrition, wellness tracking, and motivation application. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, and the choices available to users.
Information we process
- Account information: email address, Google account identifier, phone number when phone authentication is used, and authentication identifiers.
- Profile and fitness information: name, age, height, weight, fitness goals, workout preferences, diet preferences, food culture, allergies, medical conditions entered by the user, meals, sleep, water intake, steps, calories burned, heart-rate values when available, completed or missed workouts, and progress.
- Health Connect information: data types authorised by the user, such as steps, calories burned, sleep, and heart rate. Access can be changed or revoked through Health Connect settings.
- User content: health-report images, care-routine images or files, feedback, and other information voluntarily submitted to the app.
- Purchase information: subscription status, product purchased, renewal status, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store complete payment-card details.
- Technical information: limited diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app and its connected services.
How information is used
- Authenticate accounts and synchronise user progress.
- Provide manual fitness, nutrition, sleep, wellness, and care-routine tracking.
- Generate personalised AI-assisted workout plans, meal guidance, macro estimates, health-report summaries, boss gates, and missed-workout penalties for eligible premium users.
- Manage subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
- Maintain security, diagnose failures, and improve app reliability.
Third-party services
The app uses service providers that process information according to their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google Firebase: authentication and cloud data storage.
- Google Play and RevenueCat: subscriptions, purchase validation, and entitlement management.
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI: AI-assisted generation and analysis. Text, profile context, or images submitted for an AI feature may be sent for processing.
- Android Health Connect: health and fitness data explicitly authorised by the user.
We do not sell personal information or health information to advertisers or data brokers.
Data storage, retention, and security
Information is transmitted using encrypted network connections. Account data may be stored locally on the device and in Firebase. Data is retained while the account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
Open the account deletion instructions.
- Edit profile, fitness, nutrition, sleep, care-routine, and other user-entered information in the app.
- Revoke Health Connect permissions through Android or Health Connect settings.
- Cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
- Request account and associated cloud-data deletion by emailing support@gethuntersystem.com from the email associated with the account.
Deletion requests will be verified and processed within a reasonable period, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations.
Children
Hunter System is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is identified, contact us to request its deletion.
Health and medical disclaimer
Hunter System is a fitness, wellness, tracking, and motivation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant health, diet, exercise, or treatment decisions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features, legal requirements, or service providers change. The current version will remain available at this URL with its last-updated date.
